Wendy is an internationally acclaimed winemaker whose career has spanned the US, Australia and New Zealand. In addition to her wines' accolades, she has been recognised as one of the Top 20 Most Admired People in the North American Wine Industry and Intowine.com’s Top 100 Most Influential US Winemakers.

Wendy joined Constellation Brands New Zealand in 2015 following seven years at Chateau Ste. Michelle in Washington and 18 years in the Barossa Valley region of Australia.

She has judged Australia’s national wine competitions as well as competitions in California and Washington. The past two years she has joined the judging panel for the Air New Zealand Wine Awards. Accolades for her wines include a Decanter World Wine Award, Wine Spectator Top 100 appearances, and countless gold medals internationally.

At Constellation Brands New Zealand, Wendy leads a team of senior winemakers and labs across three facilities in Hawke’s Bay and Marlborough. She oversees all aspects of winemaking, and drives quality for top brands Kim Crawford, Nobilo, Selaks, Crafters Union and Wild Grace. Originally from the Coonawarra wine region in South Australia, Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband and three children in Marlborough.
