Jacqui joined Constellation Brands New Zealand in July 2015 and is responsible for all legal risk management and governance across the business. She has played an instrumental role in helping our winery and viticulture teams navigate legal issues in a period of unprecedented growth. As our winery capacity has doubled, Jacqui has overseen everything from construction contracts to new vineyard developments, grower contracts and outsourced manufacturing agreements. Jacqui is an integral partner to our Growth team and ensuring the regulatory compliance of our growing portfolio of products.

A qualified solicitor, Jacqui brings an international perspective from years working in private practice in Sydney and the UK. Since 2002, she has held senior in-house roles advising executive teams across the legal spectrum. In her spare time Jacqui enjoys cooking, spending time with her sons and coming to terms with the fact she is now the shortest and slowest skier in her family.
