The Nobilo Winery is
at Huapai near Auckland. This is the site of the original Nobilo
operation which began in 1943. Originally processing fruit from all
regions,
the Nobilo winery is now the main bottling operation for Constellation
New Zealand and home of the company’s Head Office.

In Hawke's Bay Corner 50 Winery was
commissioned in 2005 and is the winemaking site for both our Gisborne
and Hawke's Bay wines. Chardonnay, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc are the
primary wines made and production facilities have been especially created
to cater to the demands of each.

In
Marlborough there are two wineries – Kim Crawford Winery at
Riverlands and Drylands Estate Winery at Rapaura.
Drylands Estate Winery is home of
the Drylands brand and is built on a larger scale to the Kim Crawford
winery. It has both very large and small production capability for
red and white wines and is able to cater to the South Island requirements
needs of our Nobilo, Monkey Bay and Selaks brands especially Sauvignon
Blanc.

The Kim Crawford Winery has been
specially set up for batch processing of premium and luxury wines
and has a great
selection of smaller vessels ideal for limited production runs and
to take advantage of small parcels of exceptional quality fruit.
