Constellation Europe Ltd, headquartered in Guildford, England, is one of the largest premium drinks companies in Europe and is responsible for the sales, marketing and supply of its wines, cider and drinks brands. The wine business is comprised of the U.K.’s largest wholesale drinks business, Matthew Clark; production and distribution, as well as being the importer and sales organization for Hardys, Nobilo, and Constellation Wines U.S. for Australian, New Zealand and U.S. wines. Brands in the portfolio include Kumala, Hardys, Banrock Station, Stowells, Nobilo, Ravenswood, Simi, Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi, and Robert Mondavi wines, Blackthorn and Gaymer's Olde English cider and drinks brands including Babycham and Stone's Ginger Wine.

Constellation Wines U.S. encompasses four wine businesses: Centerra Wine Company, North Lake Wine, Pacific Wine Partners, and Icon Estates. Constellation Wines U.S. provides a common platform of services including channel management, finance, operations, human resources and legal services to the four wine businesses.
Constellation Wines Australia
Constellation WInes Australia, located in Reynella, South Australia, is Australia’s largest wine producer with a broad geographic spread of vineyard and winery facilities across Australia's major wine regions. The group has a comprehensive portfolio of brands covering a diverse range of styles and price points that are distributed through a global network of sales and marketing offices. Some of the major brands within this portfolio include Hardys, Banrock Station, Leasingham, Houghton, Stonehaven, Amberley Estate, Goundrey, and Barossa Valley Estate.
Vincor Canada
The Vincor story began in 1874 with the establishment of the Niagara Falls Wine Company. By 2006, Vincor had become one of the top 10 wine companies in the world, with production throughout Canada and in California, Washington State, Western Australia and New Zealand. [Vincor’s business also includes marketing wine from South Africa and other vineyards around the world.] In addition, Vincor has 165 Wine Rack retail stores in Ontario, Canada, as well as RJ Spagnol’s winemaking kits sold in the U.S. and Canada, and the second largest refreshment/alcohol cooler business in Canada, with brands such as Vex, Growers Cider, Canada Cooler and Hydra.
On June 5, 2006, Vincor became part of the Constellation Family, thereby adding Canada as a fifth core market to its roster of key geographies. Vincor’s well known wine portfolio became an excellent fit within Constellation’s existing portfolio and includes, Hawthorne Mountain, Inniskillin, Jackson-Triggs, Sumac Ridge, and Le Clos Jordanne.
